Corporate Strategy & Planning Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for management control and strategic planning within the Corporate Strategy & Planning Office, as well as leading operational improvements as an internal consultant. [Role] The Corporate Strategy & Planning Manager will play a crucial role within the Corporate Strategy & Planning Office by managing and strategizing business operations, as well as promoting operation management as an internal consultant. This role involves redesigning the company's business processes to improve overall productivity. The successful candidate will be expected to grasp issues from a managerial perspective, propose strategies based on data, and offer concrete improvement plans, making it a central position that accelerates the company's growth. [Required Skills] Experience in one or more of the following is desirable ・Over 3 years of practical experience in the Corporate Planning Department of consulting firms or business companies ・Experience in formulating management strategies and operating KPI metrics ・Experience in leading changes through constructive dialogues while coordinating various stakeholder interests in cross-departmental projects ・Experience in issue analysis and solution formulation for business improvement and process enhancement
