Our investor is Rice Capital (Representative: Taro Fukuyama), a Y Combinator alumni fund.

In this role, you will design and build complex distributed systems and develop AI agent pipelines using a technology stack we believe will define the next decade. You will work closely with the founding team to architect AI-native systems from the ground up and play a key role in shaping the company’s future.

You will have significant ownership over technical decisions and operate in a fast-paced environment where your work has a direct impact on the business.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals
• Hands-on experience designing and building large-scale distributed systems and data pipelines
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities
• Curiosity-driven mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn from failure, and iterate

• Passion for building products from 0 to 1 in early-stage environments
• Experience designing and building agent-based systems
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with multithreaded and asynchronous programming
• Experience with Rust
• Proficiency in Japanese (written and/or spoken)
