99. Assistant Project Manager (Tokyo) – R&D Division

■Job Description:
This position is responsible for cross-functional schedule coordination and execution support throughout the entire lifecycle of rocket development—from design and manufacturing to assembly and operations.

Rather than simply adjusting schedules, you will work closely with each subsystem team (including ground systems) to understand the overall scope of the project and take initiative in coordination and progress tracking across all phases.

■Key Responsibilities:
・Track the progress of each subsystem (e.g., structures, propulsion, avionics, ground systems) and manage an integrated schedule covering design, manufacturing, assembly, and operations
・Coordinate with design leads and scheduling managers to maintain realistic and goal-oriented project timelines
・Identify dependencies and risks between project phases, and respond flexibly by proposing adjustments, including schedule acceleration or delay
・Visualize and report progress toward key project milestones
・Assess alternative solutions and coordinate across departments in the event of delays or emerging risks
