LAFARY実店舗（「原宿竹下通り店」）の販売スタッフ候補として、接客・売場づくり・SNS運用を通じてブランドの世界観を体現し、顧客体験の向上を担っていただきます。 来店されたお客様一人ひとりに合わせた提案を行い、ファンの創出・リピートにつなげていくポジションです。 また、海外からのお客様（インバウンド）に向けた接客体験の向上にも取り組んでいただきます。 【具体的な業務内容】 ・接客・販売業務（コーディネート提案／レジ対応／顧客対応） ・海外のお客様への接客対応（簡単な英語対応／ジェスチャー・翻訳ツール等を活用したコミュニケーション） ・インバウンド顧客に向けた接客体験の改善提案（POP／多言語対応／売場導線の工夫など） ・SNS運用（Instagram・TikTok等の撮影／投稿／企画立案） ・店頭ディスプレイ管理（VMD／売場づくり／商品陳列） ・店内美化・清掃およびブランドイメージの維持 ・商品および備品の在庫管理、検品・補充業務 ・新商品やコラボ商品の展開準備・販売サポート ・売上向上に向けた施策提案（POP作成／販促アイデア出し等） ・チームメンバーとの連携・店舗運営サポート ＝＝＝＝ 【 Job description 】 At our LAFARY Harajuku Takeshita Street Store, you will be responsible for customer service and sales of apparel and fashion accessories. This role involves assisting customers in-store and helping them enjoy LAFARY’s unique kawaii world and shopping experience. Main Responsibilities: ・Customer service and sales ・Cash register operation ・Product display and restocking ・Inventory management and product inspection ・Store cleaning and organization ・Managing in-store displays ・Supporting social media updates and photo shoots You will assist not only domestic (Japanese) customers, but also visitors from overseas, which means English is required (+ any other language skills are greatly welcome!) Please note: ・Applicants from overseas must already hold a valid visa permitting part-time work in Japan. ・We are currently looking for staff who can closely represent and communicate LAFARY’s feminine kawaii fashion brand image and customer experience.
