Job Overview:
As Eukarya plans to expand its range of cloud services, ensuring the quality of our products and services has become a critical challenge. To maintain development speed while releasing numerous new features as frequently as possible, it is essential to advance test automation and establish a system that automatically verifies that existing features are not degraded or have bugs. Furthermore, since unit testing is currently insufficient, we need to expand the range of automated testing.
The QA team is currently led solely by the CTO, and we are in the phase of building the team from the ground up. We are looking for a QA Engineer who can take on the challenge of establishing the team.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with development teams (Visualizer team and CMS team) to design test cases and promote test automation.
Automate end-to-end (E2E) testing using tools and frameworks like Playwright.
Improve defect response workflows, and refine development, testing, and release processes.
Develop training and support initiatives to encourage engineers to adopt unit testing practices.

給与 | <Annual salary will be determined based on experience and capabilities in accordance with our company regulations.> ■Annual Salary: 7,200,000 JPY to 8,400,000 JPY ■Monthly Salary: -Base Salary (monthly): 450,000 JPY to 525,000 JPY -Fixed Overtime Allowance (monthly): Compensation for 42 hours (150,000 JPY to 175,000 JPY) Note: ・Additional overtime pay will be provided for hours worked beyond the fixed overtime. ・Depending on skills, the salary offered may exceed the above-mentioned range. |
