About CUSTA
We develop and globally operate “CUSTA,” a global platform that provides a one-stop solution covering everything from sales to production of customized products, including corporate gifts, printed materials, and apparel. Currently, our main operations are based in Malaysia and Singapore.
In March 2026, we announced the successful completion of a USD 4.2 million (JPY 650 million) Pre-Series A funding round, co-led by Delight Ventures and Global Brain.
With the market expected to expand to USD 600 billion by 2030, this is a rapidly growing sector. To accelerate our challenge of building a global platform in this field, we are currently recruiting B2B sales persons who want to rapidly accelerate their careers!
Key Responsibilities
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth. Your mission is to build lasting partnerships that directly contribute to CUSTA's scale-up.
- Proactive New Business Acquisition: Aggressively hunt and acquire new clients through cold calling, lead recycling, referrals, and client visits.
- Revenue Target Achievement: Generate high revenue streams by balancing aggressive new client acquisition with recurring orders.
- Account Retention & Expansion: Secure stable business from existing accounts while driving growth through strategic up-selling and cross-selling.
- End-to-End Deal Ownership: Oversee the entire sales cycle—from proposal, quotation, and order placement to payment collection.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales. (Candidates with a strong track record in B2C sales are also encouraged to apply).
- Hunter Mindset: Strong ability to open doors (cold-calling), negotiate effectively, and close deals with resilience.
- English Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, economics, or a business/sales-related field.
- Strong computer proficiency, including experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
