We have been selected for a national demonstration project for the Trusted Web, a new Internet that guarantees trust, attracting attention from the government and experts. We also want to expand our business globally within the next few years. To grow, the organization must isolate issues, prioritize them, and execute processes with accountability. In other words, we seek input from those with diverse perspectives to find problems and implement solutions creatively. ● Expectations for the role Chief of Staff is a role in which you will work as the executive's right hand to provide general management support, formulate business strategies, and solve business issues. ●Main Responsibilities Understanding our company's vision and strategy, prioritizing and setting KPIs Supporting the management team Identifying and resolving business execution and organizational issues and moving the business forward (Enabler) Communicate with the management team and the organization as a bridge. - Experience in finding and solving various issues in the technology industry such as IoT, AI, cloud, and manufacturers through a hands-on approach (regardless of the department or consulting firm you belong to) - Experience in finding issues from the perspective of diverse stakeholders - Communication skills to deliver both good news and bad news - Business writing skills - At least 3 years of work experience (including internship) - Basic financial or legal understanding - BS/BA or above

- Experience working in a startup environment - A mindset that can learn and unlearn repeatedly. - Experience with hypothesis-testing cycles - Advanced level of English (reading and writing skills are important.
