TIER IVでは、自動車およびモビリティ分野におけるCo-MLOpsプロジェクトの市場開拓をリードする経験豊富なビジネス・ディベロップメント（BD）マネージャーを募集しています。本ポジションは主に日本および韓国を対象とし、当社のAI/MLデータプラットフォームを活用して、顧客およびパートナーとの関係構築を推進します。 シニアBDマネージャーとして、自動車業界の最先端技術革新の最前線で活躍していただきます。最先端のMLOpsおよびデータプラットフォームソリューションを活用し、市場でのプレゼンス拡大や戦略的パートナーシップの構築に貢献します。 TIER IV is seeking an experienced Business Development (BD) Manager to lead market development for our Co-MLOps project in the automotive and mobility sectors. This role will primarily focus on Japan and Korea, and will utilize our AL/ML data platform to develop customer and partner relationships. As our Senior BD Manager, you'll be at the forefront of technological advancement in the automotive industry, working with cutting-edge MLOps and data platform solutions. 必須スキル
・MLOpsまたはデータプラットフォームに関する3年以上の商業経験 ・テクノロジーまたは自動車業界における7年以上のビジネス・ディベロップメントまたは戦略アカウントマネジメントの経験 ・工学、コンピューターサイエンス、または関連分野の学士号または修士号 ・テクノロジー分野での複雑な取引を成立させた実績 ・日本語および英語の流暢なコミュニケーション能力 ・国内外の出張ができること ・3+ years of commercial experience with MLOps or data platforms ・7+ years in business development or strategic account management, preferably in the technology or automotive industry ・Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field ・Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals in the technology sector ・Fluency in Japanese and English ・Able to travel, including overseas

想定月収 ：33.3万円 ~ 166.7万円 月額基本給 ：246,334 円 ~ 1,259,400円 （固定残業手当を除く額） 固定残業手当：時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の時間外手当として 87,000 円 ~ 407,600 円を支給（45時間を超える時間外労働分、休日労働及び深夜労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給）
