We are looking for a visionary Software Engineering Manager who leads the engineers of the Search and Recommendation team and provides users with the best matching experience. ■Key Responsibilities ●What mission or challenges will you take on? - Develop and improve search and recommendation features, which form the core of multiple services provided by LegalOn Technologies, to solve user issues - Find accurate and semantically relevant information from a wide variety of corpora, ranging from structured texts such as contracts and legal documents to free-form texts such as legal matters, and provide them to users ●What tasks will you undertake? - Define a long-term strategy for the development team through discussions with stakeholders such as engineers, designers, and product managers - Engage in technical discussions with team members and Tech Leads, leading to problem-solving - Manage projects and take responsibility for delivering features - Actively participate in the development, evaluation, and recruitment of engineers to continuously grow the development team - Manage and improve the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements definition, design, testing, and deployment ■Development Environment / Tools The details are described in the Notion page below: https://legalforce-recruit.notion.site/LegalOn-Technologies-f5ebe38a6009428ab0fb1714efd3c90a
