Job Description: As the Data Science Team Manager, you will lead and mentor a high-performing team, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will develop and execute data-driven strategies to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth and risk mitigation. You will lead the successful delivery of data science projects, working closely with cross-functional teams. You will ensure data quality, integrity, and security. You will communicate data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, building strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Discovery and resolution of business challenges through data analysis. - Visualization of business challenges using BI tools. - Problem-solving based on data science knowledge. - Implementation of programs for data collection, processing, and integration, such as ETL processes. - Data infrastructure development. - Development of in-house data analysis personnel. - Project management (process management). - Team member management (recruitment, training, evaluation). Required Skills: - Over 3 years of management experience in a data-oriented team. - Over 5 years of experience in data science-related fields. - Experience in statistics and machine learning. - Data engineering skills. - Data analysis skills using SQL and Python. - Ability to summarize data and create concise reports. - Japanese and English communication skills (both internal and external) (While fluency is not required at the time of joining, a willingness to improve English language skills is necessary).

- 給与
Annual Salary: 6,000,000Yen to 10,000,000Yen. The exact amount will be determined based on your experience and skills according to our company's regulations. The above amount includes estimated overtime pay for 40 hours per month. Additional overtime pay will be provided for hours worked beyond 40. Monthly Salary: 500,000 to 800,000 yen. Base salary: 383,000 to 613,000 yen. Fixed overtime pay: 117,000 to 187,000 yen (included in the base salary) per month.
