[ABOUT US | Uzabase](https://www.uzabase.com/about/) ### About the Job You will be responsible for writing industry analysis reports for SPEEDA and delivering timely and high-value thematic reports and insights related to the Hong Kong market. We are seeking individuals who are highly motivated to create original content that serves SPEEDA users and who can make the most of their language skills and research abilities. You must be highly attuned to the rapidly evolving industry trends and topics in Hong Kong. *Key Responsibilities* Analyze the structure, market, and competitive environment of various industries in Hong Kong, and deliver content as SPEEDA industry reports. Research the latest industry and business trends in Hong Kong and write insight reports as part of SPEEDA's content offering. Collaborate with the sales and consulting teams to understand client information needs and deliver timely, value-added economic intelligence—also through external contributions such as speaking engagements. If you're someone who's excited about creating new content with your teammates and driving non-linear growth, we'd love to speak with you. ### Requirements *【Minimum Qualifications 】(Must meet all of the following):* ・2+ years of full-time professional experience. ・Experience analyzing companies or industries at a securities firm, bank, fund, consulting firm, research firm, or corporate business planning/new business development department; experience writing reports. ・Business-level proficiency in both English and Cantonese. ・Strong alignment with SPEEDA's mission and Uzabase's 7 Values. ・Commitment to growing our business in the Hong Kong market. *【Preferred Qualifications】* ・Specialized knowledge or experience in one or more of the following seven sectors: NEV (New Energy Vehicles), carbon neutrality, new materials, semiconductors, new consumption (commerce), healthcare, and digital transformation (especially carbon, new materials, semiconductors, and healthcare). ・Experience launching or scaling a business. ・Strong customer orientation and a mindset to build the world's best service. ・Ability to take ownership of individual responsibilities while also proactively contributing to team-wide goals. ・Initiative to create and seize opportunities for personal and organizational growth. ・Prior experience using SPEEDA. ・Positive, open communicator who thrives in a flat and flexible organizational culture. ・Business-level Japanese proficiency is a plus. *【Who We're Looking For】* ・Someone who empathizes with and embodies our mission and 7 Values. ・A strong analyst with an entrepreneurial mindset. ・Customer-first thinker with the drive to build world-class services. ・A proactive team player who considers how to contribute beyond personal tasks. ・A self-starter who takes action and delivers results. ・A positive communicator who is open and flexible in a flat organizational structure.

年収 7,000,000 円 - 8,000,000 円 上記は日本円での概算です。 実際にはHKDでの支給になり、以下がTotal Packageになります。 Total Package: HKD381,600~HKD436,800（理論年収）
