Startbahn, Inc. is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to strategically lead our finance function. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing fundraising activities, managing investor relations, and driving corporate planning initiatives. Corporate website: https://startbahn.io/ - Develop and execute fundraising strategies, including negotiations with venture capital firms, institutional investors, and financial institutions - Maintain regular communication with investors and lead IR (Investor Relations) activities - Lead budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting; design and implement financial strategies - Drive and manage all aspects of IPO preparation, including coordination with underwriters and audit firms - Build robust financial and managerial accounting systems; continuously improve financial processes - Support the development of business strategy and actively participate in executive meetings and decision-making processes - Understand and address financial/accounting matters unique to blockchain and NFT-related businesses - Provide financial leadership to support global expansion and entry into international markets
