Lead and manage cross-functional teams comprising the R&D (Research and Development) team and Business Development team Coordinate project planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives related to satellite data analysis and geospatial data technologies Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and track progress against goals Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving issues as needed

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or related field Proven experience in project management, preferably in R&D or technology-driven environments Strong understanding of satellite data analysis, geospatial data technologies, and related fields Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills

Master's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, business administration, or related field Experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles Familiarity with remote sensing technologies, GIS (Geographic Information Systems), or related domains Previous experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment Knowledge of Agile or Lean methodologies Experience with budget management and financial analysis Strong networking and relationship-building skills
