Job Responsibilities/担当職務内容 • Administer daily proper operation of IT related hardware and software, servers, IT infrastructure, networking, security system, applications and firewalls, video conferencing, projectors, door access & phone systems etc IT関連のハードウェア、ソフトウェア及びITインフラ、ネットワーキング、セキュリティシステム、アプリケーションおよびファイヤーウォール、会議ビデオシステム、プロジェクト、入退室システムや電話システムといったもののデイリーの運用・管理 • Responsible for any related installation and management of hardware & software ハードウェア、ソフトウェアの各種インストールや管理 •Troubleshooting daily IT issues , responsible for company’ s AD/network daily maintenance and guarantee workplace network’s security デイリーで発生するITに関連したトラブルシューティング、AD/ネットワークにおける日常的なメンテナンス、社内のネットワークセキュリティの担保 •Provide IT hardware inventory support maintaining software license / hardware and inventory list ソフトウェアのライセンスやハードウェアといった在庫・資産管理台帳の管理 • Liaise with service providers / consultants for IT solutions as well as procurement for IT equipment ITソリューション及びIT機器の調達を目的とした、各種サービスプロパイダー、コンサルタントとの連携 • Liaise and working with different partners to resolve incidents and problems インシデントや様々な問題解決の為に、様々なパートナー・関係者との連携 • Ad hoc tasks as assigned by manager and the team マネージャー及びチームからアサインされた各種タスク
