・共同研究プロジェクトのマネジメント ・顧客の要求を理解し、期待値コントロールを行い共同研究プロジェクトのゴールを設定する ・人員リソースやスケジュールを適切に管理し、共同研究を遂行する ・想定外の支障に適切に対応し、顧客のニーズに合致した成果を提供する ・Managing joint research projects ・Understand customer demand, control expectations, and set goals for　joint research projects ・Manage human resources and schedules appropriately to carry out joint research ・Respond appropriately to unforeseen obstacles and deliver results that meet customer demand

・量子情報科学・化学・物理学のいずれかの分野の博士号を取得している(新卒でも可)、あるいは企業における業務経験を2年以上もつ ・顧客のニーズを理解し、コミュニケーションをとり顧客の期待値コントロールをしながら、適切にプロジェクトのゴールを設定できる能力 ・共同研究プロジェクトにおいて必要となる量子情報科学や化学の知識の概要を素早く把握でき、適切な人員リソースを割り当てることができる能力 ・化学や計算機に関する基本的な知識 ・Ph.D. in Quantum Information Science, Chemistry, or Physics (new graduates are also acceptable), or at least 2 years of work experience in a corporate environment ・Ability to understand customer needs and set project goals appropriately while communicating and controlling customer expectations ・Ability to quickly get an overview of the quantum information science and chemistry knowledge needed for joint research projects and assign appropriate human resources ・Basic knowledge of chemistry and computing
