【Role Mission】
This position is to guide new customers who visit the demo page of oVice and solve their problems through chat and voice support.
Our goal is to solve customer's problems by using mechanisms other than human power.
【About the Role】
While working full remote, you will be in charge of providing primary support and consultation services to people who are using or considering using oVice.
【What you'll do】
- Provide voice guidance to new customers who are considering using oVice.
- Chatting and emailing with existing and new customers through Zendesk
- Problem solving via voice for users who visit oVice.
- Troubleshooting
- Team management
- Designing goals for the customer support team and resolving issues for the entire team

Requirements
【You may be a good fit if you】
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support for corporate clients.
L Able to respond to customer's questions in a straightforward manner via email text.
L Be able to take responsibility for customer issues and lead them to resolution.
L Able to identify customer issues from a factual basis and respond to them quickly
- At least 2 years of experience in negotiation with customers (sales, customer service, IS in the service industry)
L Able to solve issues quickly with your voice
- Experience in automating and streamlining operations
L Experience in increasing the productivity of an entire team
L Ability to improve (streamline) your own work at a rapid pace
- Experience in managing 3 or more people in a position similar to a manager in a support department
L Management of a support organization
L Training of members
Preferred Experiences
【Bonus points】
- Experience in customer support using CRM tools
- Experience with invoicing, contracts, and other invoice tasks
- Experience in a company that has established and grown a customer support team.
