Therefore, in order to solve these issues from a design perspective, we need to strengthen our UX design and are looking for a UX designer who can enhance and promote our services.

【Job Description】
・Design lead on the experience of using the reservation management system and business management system
・Development of design concepts and design guidelines
・UX design (research - requirements definition - information design)
・Overall UI design (requirement definition ~ UI design)
・Planning and implementation of measures to improve usability
・Design of internal management systems for customer support, etc., and incorporation into UI design
■Used tools
Figma、Github、Slack、Notion、Photoshop、Illustrator、STUDIO、etc.
Requirements
【BASIC QUALIFICATIONS】
・Experience leading SaaS UX design (1+ years)
・UI design experience (3+ years)
・Experience in working constructively with product managers and front office engineers
・Experience in qualitative and quantitative evaluation of designs
・Experience in identifying and resolving UX issues from user interviews
・Ability to communicate in English at a daily conversational level or above
Preferred Experiences
【PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS】
・Experience designing UX for large-scale products
・Experience in designing KPIs and other metrics to evaluate and improve UX
・Experience in creating design organizations, such as design managers
・Domain knowledge of the lodging or travel industry
・Ability to communicate in English at a business conversational level or above
