However, there are many issues that have not yet been resolved, such as the transformation of the large market of travel and lodging and global expansion. Therefore, in order to solve these issues from a design standpoint, we need to strengthen our UI design, and we are looking for a UI designer who can enhance and promote our services. 【Attractiveness and characteristics of this position】 We will create a service that solves the challenges in the large market of travel and lodging, in a completely new and unprecedented way, and make a significant impact on the world. Working in a global environment, we will collaborate with passionate stakeholders and drive UI design with discretion. Additionally, if desired, you can contribute to product growth in a wide range of areas beyond UI design, such as planning, analysis, and UX surveys, without being limited to a specific role. 【Job Description】 ・Design and execution of product UI design ・Collaborate with other teams such as PdM and engineers to plan and execute measures ・Design and production of content to attract customers (banner creatives, landing pages, etc.) ■Used tools Figma、Github、Slack、Notion、Photoshop、Illustrator、STUDIO、etc.

【BASIC QUALIFICATIONS】 ・Experience in UI design for a B2C business company (web service/mobile app) for at least 2 years. ・Experience in collaborating with other teams such as PdM and engineers to advance projects. ・Experience in using various design tools such as Figma, STUDIO, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

【PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS】 ・Experience in UX design. ・Experience as a lead UI designer. ・Experience in development communication in English.
