The number of users (travelers and accommodation facilities) of the travel sub-subscription "HafH" is increasing every year, and both the product and the organization are in the expansion phase.
As a sub-leader of our corporate unit, you will be responsible for organizing back-office members with expertise and building and strengthening the back-office structure in Japan and overseas.

【Attractiveness and characteristics of this position】
Since we are actively expanding our business not only domestically but also overseas, you will be able to experience the establishment of a back-office system for overseas subsidiaries from 0 to 1.
This position requires professional opinions at all times, but because of the large amount of discretion, it is rewarding to be able to make your own decisions and realize them on your own.
This is a position where you can play an important role in expanding the organization with a sense of speed that is hard to experience in the back office.
【Job Description】
You will be responsible for building a back-office structure while communicating with members and other related parties both domestically and internationally.
You will also be responsible for strengthening the member support system in line with business and organizational expansion, and managing back-office members with expertise.
Requirements
【BASIC QUALIFICATIONS】
-Business level of English
-Experience in labor affairs (more than 3 years)
-Experience communicating with overseas parties (e.g., with recruiting/outsourcing companies)
-Experience working for an overseas company (knowledge of tools used overseas, familiarity with global interactions)
Preferred Experiences
【PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS】
-Experience in either accounting or general affairs
-Back office experience in a venture company
-Management experience
-Qualification of Labor and Social Insurance Consultant or other qualifications related to labor affairs or accounting
-Expertise in back office operations
