【Job Description】 The role of an Engineering Manager is to oversee the instruction and development of Crew members belonging to an Engineering Guild, ensuring team growth and promoting the improvement of project scheduling, task management, productivity, and quality. The Engineering Manager is responsible for maintaining team motivation and communication, providing technical leadership, and contributing to the achievement of business goals.

【BASIC QUALIFICATIONS】 - Empathize Missions, Visions, and Values of KabuK Style - Experience working as an engineering manager (people management experience: goal setting, 1-on-1, evaluation, hiring, assignments) - Experience in product development at a company with its own products - Systematic knowledge and practical experience in software design and architecture ■Technology Stacks - The product uses Ruby on Rails and GCP.

・Solid engineering knowledge and practical experience ・Experience in utilizing and designing with GCP ・Experience using Ruby and Ruby on Rails ・Experience using TypeScript and React ・Experience scaling a B2C service ・Experience leading organizational-level initiatives ・Experience designing and implementing various controls for going public.
