Overseas Business Development (Sales) and Executive Coach
Description
We are currently seeking a talent to further expand our overseas business through collaborating with Coach U, which COACH A acquired in 2019.
We want to further develop our business through contact with overseas partners and practices, bringing in cutting edge approaches, and spreading new ideas from Japan to the rest of the world.
A suitable candidate for this role would be someone who can conduct new sales activities in order to develop new markets overseas, as well as someone who can take on new challenges without hesitation.
Job Role and Responsibilities
Overseas Business Expansion
You will be taking on role (1) or (2) depending on your ability and aptitude.
(1) Overseas Business Development (Sales)
・ Expanding Coach U’s reach in Asia Pacific
-New customer acquisition (individual / corporate)
-Designing programs and marketing activities in collaboration with Coach U
-Providing coaching in English
-Other general tasks related to the above activities
・ Expanding COACH A’s reach in overseas markets
-Corporate sales and project management
-One-on-one coaching for middle management
-Other general tasks related to the above activities
(2) Development and Expansion of Coaching Services
-Developing and refining COACH A and Coach U services by incorporating the latest industry trends in each country.
-Creating collaborations with overseas coaches, building relationships and managing quality
-Further articulating the value of coaching while utilizing organizational and leadership research and data
-Other general tasks related to the above activities
Requirements
Required Skills & Experiences:
English: Native level of English
Able to fluently communicate in English with English-speaking business leaders
Japanese: Business level
At least 5 years of working experience
Interest in our business.
No coaching qualifications or experience is required.
Preferred Experiences

Ability to acquire new clients on your own
Experience working with executives
Experience creating and working on a project involving business personnel from a country other than Japan
