TH-BIZ-01. Supplier Management

Responsibilities Manager: ●Draw up organizational strategies from scratch and build up the team by performing high leadership capabilities ●Find new supply partners and establish long term relationship with top management ●Organize systematically how to conduct simple audit on supplier for initial evaluation ●Control effective communication with the management of supply partners to set strategis for further growth ●Promote communication with sales team and assign drawings for optimization ●Monitor and track the production status to realize on●time delivery ●Discuss and resolve issues with supply partners and sales team if any problem happens during the manufacturing process ●Provide necessary feedback to suppliers for their further growth and improvement actions Member: ●Find new supply partner and make agreement with top management ●Conduct simple audit on supplier for initial evaluation ●Communicate with the management of supply partners and set strategy for further growth ●Communicate with sales team and assign drawings for optimization ●Monitor and track the production status to realize on-time delivery ●Discuss and resolve issues with suppliers and sales team if any problem happen during the manufacturing process ●Provide necessary feedback to suppliers for their further growth and improvement actions

TH-BIZ-11. Supply Quality Engineering(Member~Manager)

Manager: ●Draw up organizational strategies from scratch and build up the team by performing high leadership capabilities ●Enhance CADDi's quality standards and the quality requirements of customers and then communicate those information with supply partners to minimize the defect ●Give proper and explicit directions to share necessary actions with team and partners to satisfy quality and delivery requirements ●Promote improvement of quality level of supplier partners by introducing appropriate inspection and kaizen process ●Design quality standard plan and execute necessary strategies to realize the exponential growth of CADDi platform ●Iron out immediately issues that come up (defect, delay, accidents) ●Advance collaboration with other departments for continuous quality improvement ●Advise strongly team members to adhere to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations ●Supervise inspectors and provide guidance and feedback ●Lead small-mid organization and team ●Train and guide employees to maximize the output of the organization Member: ●Understand quality CADDi's quality standards and the quality requirements of customers and then communicate those information with supply partners to minimize the defect ●Share and instruct necessary actions with team and partners to satisfy quality and deliery requirements ●Improve quality level of supplier partners by introducing appropraite inspection and kaizen process ●Set quality standard plan and execute necessary strategy to realize the exponential growth of CADDi platform ●Resolve issues that come up (defect, delay, accidents) ●Collaborate with other department for continuous quality improvement ●Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations

TH-BIZ-13.Inspection Leader

Responsibilities Planning: ●Track the export plan and arrange work for inspection ●Installation of quality standards for each customer and construction of an inspection system Incoming product inspection: ●Building methods of measuring, checking and evaluating product quality based on CADDI standards ●Directly check the bonded and size of mechanical products such as milling, convenient, stamping, bending, welding ... according to the standard and evaluating the results ●Read and explain the technical drawings for the inspector ●Record the test results in the inspection report ●Training testers on quality control measures ●Monitor the use of measuring equipment to ensure proper use and meet the requirements ●Summary, communication and handling when detect NG product ●Perform other jobs at the request of the superior. Management and Reporting ●Handling operators’ attendances ●Reporting to WH manager as required ●Negotiate with the warehouse manager about the treatment of inspectors ●Inspector recruitment evaluation (evaluation during the trial period) ●Inspection line improvement

TH-CP-01. Talent Acquisition

● Develop and implement HR strategy both in local and global scale to accelerate the expansion of CADDi platform ● Design optimal organization plan to maximize the growth of the company according to the business environment ● Attract, hire and retain top class talent both in business and software development ● Set and execute public relation strategy to increase the company awareness in Thailand to accelerate the hiring process ● Lead and operate talent acquisition process at the maximum speed ● Set human resource development policy and lead training programs, aligning with the company growth strategy ● Localize and adjust the human evaluation standard (Helix) to reward the highly achieving employees in a proper way
