You will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI agents that leverage cutting-edge AI techniques to streamline corporate business processes, with a strong focus on the legal domain. This is a unique opportunity to learn from experienced engineers while building real, production-impacting features in a high-growth environment. ■Key Responsibilities What You’ll Do: - Implement and improve AI agents and their tools/adapters under guidance from senior engineers. - Integrate agent capabilities with existing SaaS platforms and legal workflow systems. - Assist in evaluating third-party models, frameworks, and services; prototype and document integration options. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and deliver scoped, high-impact agent features. - Build and maintain tooling for monitoring, testing, and evaluating AI agent performance (traces, logs, alerts, dashboards). - Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in documentation, testing, and version control. - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix issues to improve accuracy, reliability, and scalability. Submission of an English résumé is required. ■Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - 0–2 years of experience building AI or automation applications (internships, research, open-source, or project work welcome). - Proficiency in one programming language (e.g., Python) and familiarity with testing and version control. - Familiarity with agent development concepts and tools (e.g., function/tool calling; frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP) and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly. - Understanding of modern AI methodologies (e.g., LLMs, retrieval/RAG, prompt/program design); reinforcement learning familiarity is a plus. - Solid problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. - Effective communication and collaboration skills in a global environment. - Japanese language skills are not required.

■Preferred Qualifications - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure; familiarity with containers and CI/CD is a plus. - Knowledge of NLP techniques, RAG systems, and prompt engineering; experience with structured outputs is a plus. - Contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, or demos/portfolios related to agentic systems. - Experience integrating or operating AI services/models in development or staging environments. - Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures in English; Japanese language skills are a plus.
