JOB DESCRIPTION

■Job Description - Design of airframe structures based on system requirements - Formulation of verification plans - Evaluation of design results through analysis and testing - Schedule management and coordination within and outside the company during development ■Company Overview Interstellar Technologies is a venture company aiming to create an overwhelmingly affordable and convenient infrastructure for space, making it accessible to everyone. Headquartered in Taiki Town, Hokkaido, the company also operates development sites in Tokyo, Fukushima, Obihiro, and the Muroran Technology Research Institute (located within Muroran Institute of Technology). Our sounding rocket MOMO achieved the first and only spaceflight by a private Japanese company, and we are now intensifying the development of our next-generation small satellite launch vehicle, ZERO. In September 2023, we secured 2 billion yen in funding after being selected for the SBIR (Small Business Innovation Research) program by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. In March 2024, we signed a basic agreement with JAXA for procurement of launch transportation services. In April, we signed a contract with Italian venture company D-Orbit, which specializes in logistics services for small satellites, for future launches. 給与

<Estimated Annual Salary> JPY 7,040,000 – JPY 10,030,000 <Monthly Salary> JPY 587,000 – JPY 836,000 <Breakdown of Monthly Salary> ・Base salary: JPY 433,000 – JPY 619,000 ・Fixed overtime allowance: JPY 154,000 – JPY 217,000 <Additional Notes> ・Monthly salary includes a fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours per month; any excess will be compensated in full. ・Final salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and other qualifications. ・Salary reviews are conducted twice a year (March and September).

＜Work Style＞・Flextime system (no core time) 　・No designated starting or ending time ・Settlement period: 1 month ・Flexible working hours: 05:00 - 22:00 ・Standard working hours: 8 hours per day ・Overtime: May be required depending on workload ・Break time: 60 minutes per day ＜Holidays and Leave＞・Holidays: Full five-day workweek with Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, January 2 and January 3 off 　・Total annual holidays: 120 days or more ・Leave: Paid annual leave (10 days granted on the date of joining), summer leave (2 days) ・Other types of leave: Marriage, bereavement, maternity, nursing care, childcare, etc.

試用期間

There is a 3-month probation period. Salary and conditions remain the same during this period.
