【About the Job】 GeeXPlus, Inc is a full-service influencer marketing agency representing some of the top English-Speaking influencers. As a member of the Administration Support Department at GeexPlus, your main responsibilities include but are not limited to: ●Draft, review, and act as a liason between external and internal stakeholders regarding NDAs and various Business Agreements in English(Potential in Japanese as well.) ●Cooperate with external lawyers ●Facilitate and co-coordinate discussion amongst the Sales department and multiple functional stakeholders (i.e. Finance, Legal, Business Practices, etc.) to reach an agreement on contracting terms in order to solve complex contracting scenarios and meet the specific needs. ●Provide guidance and leadership on contract management-related matters to cross-department business team members, participate in claim negotiations and provide professional support.

・Ability to work as a collaborative and proactive member of a team ・Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and within tight deadlines ・Organized, detail oriented, and time management skills. ・Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills ・Ability to evaluate alternative courses of action. ・Flexibility and adaptability according to specific requirements.

・Minimum 2 years of work experience in legal at a business company. ・Fluency in English and Japanese ・Proficient in Email, MS Word and Excel. ・Experience drafting standard contractual documents. ・Already an existing resident in Japan OR ready to relocate in Japan (Tokyo) ・Stable work environment at home with proper internet connection

・Qualification as a lawyer is advantageous but not necessary ・Experience in working within internationally staffed teams and with international contractual partners.
